What you will do

• Define and execute a product vision and roadmap focused on AI and custom software.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC) from design to deployment.
• Coordinate design and development teams to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
• Integrate AI capabilities into custom software, making strategic value-driven choices.
• Manage client relationships, gather feedback, and refine requirements.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress for quality control and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in product management with hands-on PDLC experience, especially with AI-integrated custom software.
• Proven track record in managing complex design and development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics) and software development methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams (design, development, engineering).
• Skilled in client relationship building and translating requirements.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• 5-7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Clickup, Figma, Jira.
