AI-Enabled Product Manager (Custom Software)

What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for AI-focused custom software applications.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from design through development and deployment.
• Coordinate design, development, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities, including LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
• Act as the primary client contact, gathering feedback and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and improve product and delivery processes through iteration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience across the full PDLC.
• Experience delivering custom software solutions that integrate AI.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, software development methodologies, and complex product lifecycles.
• At least 5–7 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products.
• Experience managing design, development, and engineering teams and communicating technical requirements.
• Proficiency with GSuite, ClickUp, Figma, Jira, analytical methods, and client relationship management.
