AI Product Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for AI agents, MCP, and headless capabilities across the platform.
• Develop verticalized AI agents and workflows for e-commerce, media, fintech, and B2B SaaS use cases.
• Own growth initiatives across activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Define AI evaluations, quality benchmarks, guardrails, and feedback loops for accurate and enterprise-ready products.
• Shape AI pricing and packaging with Finance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Hire, lead, and develop product managers and designers while partnering with engineering and other product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers and ideally designers.
• 2+ years building AI products, including recent hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered agents, tool use, orchestration, or MCP.
• Experience owning activation, engagement, or retention metrics and using experimentation and data to improve them.
• Track record of launching 0-to-1 products and scaling them to meaningful adoption and revenue.
• Technical depth in model selection, evaluations, latency and cost trade-offs, AI safety, and governance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, strategic execution, and people leadership skills.

• Experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, data, or martech products.
