What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive Project Management framework tailored for capital markets technology, emphasizing Calypso trading platform governance.
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide Calypso implementations across multiple asset classes, focusing on derivatives processing, structured products, and cross-asset trading.
• Drive integration strategies between Calypso and other critical systems, and establish centers of excellence for Calypso configuration best practices.
• Architect and execute project management strategies to revolutionize capital markets technology delivery through Calypso platform capabilities.
• Lead an elite team of project professionals with specialized Calypso expertise, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with C-suite executives to align Calypso implementation roadmaps with strategic market positioning and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience with at least 5 years leading complex capital markets initiatives specifically in the North American market.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets Front, Middle & Back Office Operations and fluency in Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities and FX.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Calypso, or similar platforms, with deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
• PMP certification required; additional certifications in risk management (FRM), financial services (CFA), or agile methodologies (CSM) highly desirable.
