TL;DR
Senior Analytics Consultant/Statistical Software Trainer (Analytics): Leading high-impact consulting engagements and delivering advanced analytics training across the APAC region, helping enterprise customers turn data into action. Focus on building long-term customer relationships, designing educational curricula, and influencing product direction through customer feedback.
Location: This role is based in Sydney, Australia and will work with customers across Asia Pacific (APAC) both virtually and face-to-face. Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally internationally.

What you will do
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable results.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by deeply understanding goals, constraints, and success metrics.
- Deliver engaging virtual and on-site advanced analytics training across the APAC region.
- Design and deliver educational curricula aligned to the customer onboarding and engagement lifecycle.
- Partner with senior leaders and fellow consultants to develop and refine enterprise-level training programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Development, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years delivering training, consulting, or technical education.
- Strong knowledge of applied statistics and analytics.
- Experience with tools such as , JMP, SPSS, SAS, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
