What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end proposal and bid management, including timelines, roles, and quality control.
  • Support front-line sales teams across the full pursuit lifecycle.
  • Develop custom sales and account-specific materials for priority clients.
  • Write and create custom sales content tailored to specific clients and opportunities.
  • Lead and support sales operations initiatives, including priority account programs and sales enablement tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales and proposal KPIs to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, proposal/bid management, proposal writing, or pre-sales support.
  • Experience supporting B2B services organizations within IT services, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how deals are shaped and closed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RFPs and tenders in international or regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience supporting large, complex, or multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Exposure to analytics, data-driven sales performance management, or growth programs.
