TL;DR

Commercial Account Manager (Remote): Serving as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion with an accent on leveraging Procore’s products and processes to deepen customer attachment. Focus on driving product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and increasing revenue through upsell/cross-sell.

Location: Remote from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX, offices.

Salary: Base Pay Range: $47.31 - $65.00 USD Annual. On Target Earning Range: $164,000.00 - $225,500.00 USD Annual.

What you will do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic-based territory, preserving and developing customer relationships.
  • Drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and increase revenue through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Research accounts, identify key champions, and obtain business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and provide sales management with reports.
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate value proposition.
  • Coordinate internal resources to solve clients’ issues and execute service agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful B2B software sales experience.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
