What you will do

• Lead hands-on design work across key app surfaces such as the homepage, deals feed, onboarding flows, and search.
• Partner across multiple squads to keep design aligned and consistent.
• Support the App Design Lead in evolving and communicating the app design vision.
• Elevate craft and interaction quality, smoothing out end-to-end journeys.
• Make the most of native OS capabilities to create fast and delightful experiences.
• Collaborate with the Design System team to refine and extend the design system on iOS and Android.

Requirements

• Strong background in designing best-in-class native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
• Experienced in mobile-led environments, understanding how design drives KPIs and business OKRs.
• Strong hybrid skillset across UX, interaction design, and UI.
• Knowledge of Apple HIG, Material Design, and native OS constraints.
• Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and user research.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, and prototyping software.
