What you will do

• Work collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation, and implementation for digital projects.
• Lead a team of senior and mid-level designers and motion graphic designers.
• Act as a brand and QC guardian for the design department.
• Create diverse digital assets including social media content, videos, GIFs, and campaign collateral.
• Develop and present creative decks to clients, incorporating best-in-class references.
• Stay updated with current digital and creative trends to develop new opportunities within guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience from a digital, social, or integrated agency background.
• Absolute knowledge of all major social media platforms and ability to tailor creative ideas for them.
• Strong conceptual skills with an understanding of leading UK creative campaigns and their effectiveness.
• Proven leadership skills to lead and inspire other designers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly expressing ideas and presenting work convincingly.
