What you will do
- Manage Axway platform operations, including monitoring, alerts, and job failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer and integration failures.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management through ServiceNow.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for issue resolution.
- Maintain and update operational documentation and support audit activities.
Requirements
- Total experience 5+ years.
- Hands-on experience with Axway products (B2B Integration, Secure Transport, API Gateway).
- Strong understanding of integration protocols and end-to-end troubleshooting.
- Experience in production support within SLA-driven environments.
- Good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance processes and Argus Safety Database (or similar PV systems).
- Familiarity with GxP / CSV environments.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
