What you will do

• Implement and support corporate network infrastructure, designing scalable and highly available global network architectures.
• Participate in the design, setup, and configuration of complex L2/L3 switches, maintaining network documentation.
• Support multiple datacenters, including Cisco Nexus LAN, ASA/Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco UCS, and other network appliances.
• Research, evaluate, maintain, and perform Cisco IOS code upgrades for global infrastructure.
• Leverage network monitoring tools to identify performance issues and plan capacity.
• Manage and maintain SD-WAN networks, including WAN routers, configurations, and QoS policies, ensuring 24/7 stability.

Requirements

• Experience with Arista and Cisco router and switching technology.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC, VPN, NAT, 802.1Q, 802.11, LACP, Spanning-tree, UDLD, BPDU, HTTP, HTTPS, DHCP, DNS.
• Thorough understanding of Network Infrastructure and security topology.
• Knowledge and/or experience configuring and supporting enterprise firewalls, security policies, VPN, IPS/IDS.
• Experience with Cisco wireless technology and LAN controllers, including Cisco ACS, Radius, TACACS, Prime or ISE.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Site24x7, SNMP, and Wireshark.
• Work format: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia.
• English: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zscaler (ZPA and ZIA).
• Experience with F5 load balancers.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud Call Center and Cisco DI Backoffice voice.
• Experience or Cloud Networking knowledge.
