IT Systems Lead

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware inventory, procurement, and technical support.
• Administer and evolve identity, access, and device management systems (SSO, MDM, RADIUS).
• Configure and manage VPN infrastructure and conduct periodic security reviews of third-party access.
• Lead implementation and ongoing management of compliance frameworks (Cyber Essentials Plus, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Build and maintain a portfolio of security documentation and respond to client security questionnaires.
• Handle IT and security procurement, negotiating with vendors for hardware, software, and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT systems engineering, with meaningful exposure to information security and compliance.
• Strong practical knowledge of network administration.
• Hands-on experience administering SSO, MDM, and directory services at scale.
• Familiarity with declarative configuration and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Direct experience implementing or maintaining compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
