What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for product deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with customers to ensure smooth preparation and execution of product rollouts.
• Assist with new integrations, including SCADA systems and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to support final development, proof-of-concept testing, and field trials.
• Document support cases, solutions, and recommendations to continuously improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of networking experience and security best practices for large corporate networks.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer-facing roles within the technology or energy sector.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL databases.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, utility applications, and grid automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Industry data acquisition protocols such as DNP, Modbus, IEEE 2030.5 and IEC61850.
• Experience with customer deployments, troubleshooting, and project ramp-up activities.
• Familiarity with proof-of-concept testing and field trial execution.
