Staff Software Engineer (Marketing Technologies): Providing hands-on technical leadership to build a no-code or low-code platform for Marketing to author, segment, and plan lifecycle management of communications on onsite and offsite channels. Focus on improving platform usability, reducing time-to-market for internal teams, and driving a best-in-class scalable platform.

Location: US - Remote Eligible. Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Salary: $204,000—$255,000 USD

What you will do

• Design the future state of the platform and systems incorporating a product-first mentality.
• Lead engineers in building technical solutions.
• Participate in the development of product and UX requirements by engaging with designers, product managers and Marketing stakeholders.
• Nurture a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production operations.
• Mentor other engineers in developing their technical and collaboration skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing Technologies, ML, Growth Marketing, and Creative.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
• Technical leadership experience: hands on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy and mentoring engineers.
• Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality and system quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience driving initiatives that span across teams, departments and leadership.
