What you will do
- Own marketing strategy and execution for hirify.global's most important strategic accounts.
- Build deeply customized 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Embed within account teams, contributing to account plans and pipeline reviews.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded account strategies across C-suite, technical buyers, and procurement.
- Run successful executive engagement programs, including bespoke account experiences.
- Drive land-and-expand motions, growing accounts from initial deals to enterprise-wide adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years B2B marketing experience with a demonstrable focus on strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record building world-class 1:1 ABM programs.
- Experience orchestrating complex, multi-threaded account strategies for $10M+ deal potential.
- Track record of running successful executive engagement programs (e.g., CAB, executive briefing centers).
- Experience with land-and-expand motions in strategic accounts.
- Experience at leading tech companies selling to technical audiences.
