TL;DR

Principal Integrated Campaign Manager (AI): Architecting and leading global, high-impact campaigns to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth for an AI customer service company with an accent on establishing category leadership in the AI agent market. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams, developing full-funnel strategies, and leveraging AI-powered tools for campaign effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $175,500 - $220,375 (base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated campaigns for key audiences or solution areas.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product marketing, content, creative, digital, field marketing, and sales.
  • Establish rigorous campaign processes, timelines, and governance frameworks for flawless execution.
  • Develop comprehensive full-funnel campaign strategies leveraging multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns while maintaining global consistency and brand alignment.
  • Monitor campaign results across key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and share learnings across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in integrated campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, and/or account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record developing, executing, and scaling global, omni-channel campaigns that drive significant pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated command of B2B pipeline metrics, marketing attribution, ROI, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to orchestrate complex, global initiatives across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Adept at using Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Experience at high-growth technology companies with dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Background in B2B SaaS/technology product marketing or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to marketing workflows.
  • A genuine interest in how AI is transforming customer service.
