What you will do
- Cultivate and develop relationships with VIP players, reaching at least 100 contacts a day via phone, email, or SMS.
- Deliver player feedback and sentiment for studios to build VIP-driven features.
- Serve as a game portfolio expert and act as a liaison between high-value players and studios to resolve bugs.
- Support VIP Team Manager and VIP Experience Manager with VIP Events when required.
- Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service for clients using a consultative and quantitative approach.
- Pro-actively make outbound calls to clients, providing information and promotional opportunities.
