TL;DR

Sales Trainer: Enhancing sales skills and improving performance through competency analysis, tailored training, and 1:1 coaching with an accent on structured and value-driven selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales. Focus on developing sales teams to navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value, and achieve quota attainment towards an 80/80 goal.

Location: This is an onsite position in Lehi, Utah, United States.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and sellers to identify skill gaps and developmental needs.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training on MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and value-based selling strategies.
  • Utilize role-playing exercises to reinforce skills and simulate real sales scenarios.
  • Provide personalized 1:1 coaching to ensure application of sales methodologies.
  • Support sales onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and advance toward the 80/80 goal.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a sales trainer, coach, or enablement professional with practical knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales teams, especially in complex or target-driven sales environments.
  • Strong facilitation and role-playing skills to reinforce learning and develop new sales behaviors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring sales performance and coaching impact.
  • Ability to adapt coaching and training approaches based on individual and team needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in onboarding and new hire training.
  • A proactive, motivating, and energetic personality passionate about developing sales talent.
