What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth of hirify.global’s Identity Security business across all identities to new and existing enterprise customers in Vietnam.
- Recruit, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- Leverage existing strategic relationships with key customers and CXO stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise and position hirify.global’s solutions mapped to Customers’ business goals.
- Continuously follow-up on all sales processes to advance deals towards closing, negotiating terms/pricing and securing deal closures.
- Increase hirify.global’s visibility and brand recognition in the Vietnamese market, collaborating with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate demand.
Requirements
- Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value deals within enterprise and/or public sector accounts.
- 10+ years of key accounts experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with SaaS, IAM, or Cyber Security solution sales with an established MNC vendor is an advantage.
- Strong customer centricity and a success-oriented sales mentality, understanding value selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Organized, efficient, and able to maintain a high level of production while demonstrating process and administrative excellence, with experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
