Salary: For Los Angeles based hires: $233,000–$285,000 annually. For San Francisco based hires: $246,000–$300,000 annually.

• Manage a geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers in the Western US.
• Lead cross-functional, full sales life cycle technical activities for hirify.global customers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to expand the account base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies.
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
• Demonstrated operations and organizational skills in driving best practices within cross-functional organizations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
