Lead Software Engineer (Fintech): Designing, developing, and maintaining a portfolio of hirify.global One Standard solutions for financial clients globally, with an accent on product mindset, solution refinement, and collaboration with Product Management and Consulting. Focus on designing complex solutions, solving technical issues, and enhancing capabilities in areas like Performance, Risk, Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Trade Execution.

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote in Warsaw). Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy).

• Design, develop, and maintain a portfolio of Standard configuration solutions.
• Design complex solutions and solve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Standard Guilds to refine new features.
• Work with Value Stream and Consulting teams on end-to-end solutions.
• Constantly learn and develop yourself, the team, and our product.
• Collaborate with colleagues for knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution.

Requirements

• Broad hirify.global Dimension knowledge and implementation experience.
• Experience with Standard Platform Framework or hirify.global One WoW.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two of Performance, Risk, Compliance, Portfolio Management, or Trade Execution.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Dedicated belief in standardization and best practice concepts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile principles and experience in being part of an Agile team.
