Senior Software Engineer in Investment Standards (FinTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Occasional remote work is available across Poland and internationally for up to 24 domestic and 20 international days per year, subject to internal policy.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain hirify.global One standard configuration solutions.
• Take ownership of selected configuration domains across investment workflows.
• Translate business requirements into robust configuration solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Standard Guilds, the hirify.global One Value Stream, and Consulting.
• Support feature adoption and continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and team learning.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial industry and understanding of core front-to-back investment workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of at least two domains: Trade Execution, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Performance, or Risk.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with hirify.global Dimension.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Commitment to standardization, best practices, customer orientation, and high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in an Agile team.
