Workday Integration Expert

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Pańska 97)

Salary: 17,300–24,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Support inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management, and integration monitoring.
• Design and develop new integration systems using Workday integration technologies.
• Perform Workday administrative activities related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.
• Manage the production environment and establish controlled systems operations.

Requirements

• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday Payroll integrations, including PECI and PICOF.
• Experience supporting integration changes, new integrations, break/fix activities, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles and data-quality practices.
• Experience with incident management and integration monitoring.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Workday Service Partner or Customer certification in Integration.
• Experience with Workday Extend, including application development and maintenance.
• HR functional experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in improvements, innovation, and working with international HR and IT stakeholders.
