Principal Testing Services Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Noida, India; hybrid work with two days per week in the office and remote work on other days

What you will do

• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies for software functionality and performance.
• Define testing requirements with stakeholders and align testing services with business, project, and client objectives.
• Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze testing metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to testing processes.
• Provide technical expertise for complex testing issues and manage escalations through resolution.
• Develop testing documentation and mentor consultants while engaging clients on testing outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Expertise in testing methodologies, frameworks, test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience leading complex testing projects and collaborating with development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide strategic testing guidance, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior consultants.
• English-language application required.
