What you will do

• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies for software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, enhancing skill development and promoting best practices in testing.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes.
• Engage with clients to provide strategic insights, address testing concerns, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in high-impact testing projects.
• Expertise to identify and resolve complex issues during testing.
• Strong collaboration skills with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions on testing best practices.
• English proficiency required for communication and documentation.
