Automation Testing Analyst Senior Lead (Mainframe/Lending, SAFAL)

What you will do

• Gather business requirements from clients and onshore counterparts.
• Create acceptance criteria and prepare testing and process documentation.
• Perform manual testing for core lending and leasing product components.
• Write automated test scripts using SAFAL keyword-based tools.
• Maintain accountability for product components and interfaces with other applications.
• Identify process issues, establish controls, and coordinate resolution with onshore counterparts.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of manual and automation testing experience.
• Experience with mainframe systems and banking, lending, automobile finance, or equipment finance domains.
• Experience developing automation scripts with SAFAL.
• Experience working in an Agile practice model.
• Experience with at least one OOP language: Java, Python, or C#; strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Willingness to work in Bangalore, India, plus a degree or equivalent qualification.
