• Identify and drive impactful product improvements in your domain of expertise (OLTP databases or data governance).
• Define and run performance benchmarks or governance best practices and reference architectures.
• Shape and prioritize a meaningful product roadmap.
• Support go-to-market efforts and guide product adoption.
• Define processes and mechanisms for how AI agents securely and compliantly access the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform (governance focus).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a strong, hands-on technical background.
• Deep domain expertise in transactional databases (OLTP) or data governance, data catalogs, lineage, and access management.
• Experience evaluating and comparing technologies across dimensions such as performance, reliability, governance, and compliance.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with systems design and architecture.
• Proven ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and technical field teams.
