What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze performance needs and define learning requirements.
• Design and develop curriculum and course content aligned with business priorities.
• Create engaging digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, and Vyond.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Apply the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze learning data trends and provide insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of progressive instructional design experience, including corporate or professional training environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions.
• Documented experience applying the Kirkpatrick Model for learning evaluation and effectiveness measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Story60, Articulate Rise 360, and Vyond.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and performance-based learning principles.
