Technical Trainer

TL;DR

Technical Trainer: Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training on hirify.global products and underlying technology with an accent on empowering customer-facing and partner teams with technical knowledge. Focus on evolving technical bootcamps, creating engaging learning assets, and ensuring technical readiness for new product releases.

Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX, USA. Occasional travel may be required for in-person training.

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive technical training on hirify.global products to diverse customer-facing and partner teams.
• Lead and evolve the technical bootcamp for new hires to build foundational product understanding.
• Architect, develop, and maintain engaging technical enablement content and learning assets (demos, tutorials, e-learnings).
• Develop and maintain product testing/training lab environments for realistic learning experiences.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a hirify.global Product area, supporting go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable training solutions and ensure content quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training programs.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Partners).
• Experience with creating a variety of technical learning assets and managing training environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience stakeholders.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Occasional travel required for in-person training.

Nice to have

• Experience in a dedicated training, enablement, or learning & development role.
• Formal education or certifications in adult learning or instructional design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
• Familiarity with sales enablement methodologies and tools.
