What you will do
- Deliver product trainings to Teachers, Admins, and Counselors on hirify.global and Pear Deck Learning Suites.
- Become an expert in hirify.global's products, value proposition, and best practices.
- Develop and update training content to support customer education.
- Understand customer challenges and identify product functionalities to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Design instructional materials for new product trainings and professional development.
- Contribute to operationalizing new processes and systems for the Customer Education team.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software training, K-12 teaching, adult education, coaching, or live facilitation.
- Experience in instructional design or lesson planning.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base, leading with patience and empathy.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% (and up to 60% in Q3, July-September).

- Experience in curriculum and instruction or the Pear Deck Learning Suite.
