TL;DR

Customer Education Specialist (EdTech): Delivering impactful product training to drive adoption for K-12 clients with an accent on product expertise, content development, and understanding customer challenges. Focus on leading interactive instruction, designing instructional materials, and operationalizing new processes for a growing team.

Location: Remote within the United States, with a requirement for up to 25% travel (up to 60% from July through September).

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do

  • Deliver product trainings to Teachers, Admins, and Counselors on hirify.global and Pear Deck Learning Suites.
  • Become an expert in hirify.global's products, value proposition, and best practices.
  • Develop and update training content to support customer education.
  • Understand customer challenges and identify product functionalities to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Design instructional materials for new product trainings and professional development.
  • Contribute to operationalizing new processes and systems for the Customer Education team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in software training, K-12 teaching, adult education, coaching, or live facilitation.
  • Experience in instructional design or lesson planning.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base, leading with patience and empathy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% (and up to 60% in Q3, July-September).

Nice to have

  • Experience in curriculum and instruction or the Pear Deck Learning Suite.
