What you will do

  • Understand sales cycles and align technical solutions with business needs to drive revenue growth through partners.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure mutual success.
  • Contribute to wider technical initiatives or projects outside of the day-to-day Solutions Engineer role.
  • Transfer knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably within a channel or partner ecosystem.
  • Exposure to industries relevant to our products, such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking.
  • Experience working with and supporting channel partners, value-added resellers, or distributors.
  • Ability to design and propose solutions that meet the specific needs of partners and their customers.
  • Strong competitor knowledge and excellent skills at de-positioning.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist partners with technical issues or challenges during the sales process.

  • Understanding of MEDDPPIC sales methodology.
