What you will do

• Understand the sales cycle and align technical solutions with business needs to drive sales.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, working to resolve conflicts and ensure mutual success.
• Contribute to wider technical initiatives or projects beyond day-to-day duties.
• Transfer knowledge, mentor peers, and enhance knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably within a channel or partner ecosystem.
• Exposure to industries relevant to hirify.global products (cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking).
• Experience working with/supporting channel partners, value-added-resellers, or distributors.
• Ability to design and propose solutions that meet the specific needs of partners and their customers.
• Strong competitor knowledge and excellent de-positioning skills.
• Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assist partners with technical issues.
• Required to work from the London office.
• English: B2 required.
