People Operations Lead (iGaming)

Location: Remote, Australia; flexibility to overlap with US and UK hours is required.

Builds crypto-native products, including a crypto casino and sportsbook platform serving the iGaming and sports betting markets.

What you will do

• Run onboarding and offboarding end to end with Recruitment and IT.
• Own Rippling, maintain accurate employee data, and keep HR workflows running smoothly.
• Manage the Deel EOR workforce, including onboarding, contract changes, and day-to-day coordination.
• Support employees across US, UK, and Australian entities, including contracts, leave, local requirements, and regional benefits.
• Coordinate payroll with Finance and administer US benefits enrollment with the broker.
• Handle sensitive employee matters, including performance conversations, exits, and investigations, and document scalable HR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a fast-moving, globally distributed company.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS.
• Experience managing an EOR workforce, ideally through Deel.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment requirements; exposure to US requirements is required and UK exposure is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail and a record of making operations reliable.
• Clear, warm written communication and flexibility to work across time zones with overlap with US and UK hours.
