Digital Media Specialist (Contract-to-hire)

Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area. Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC office 2-3 days per week

Salary: $26 - $33 an hour

What you will do

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
• Design graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns and marketing.
• Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms.
• Write engaging copy for social media and promotional content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand content requirements.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media, content creation, or related field.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating video editing capabilities.
• Strong background in graphic design with examples of completed projects.
• Experience developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design work.
• Familiarity with Frontify or similar brand management platforms.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
• Passion for the video game industry.
