What you will do

• Maintain and update detailed project plans.
• Utilize project management tools (like Asana) to track multiple deliverables across various concurrent events.
• Assist in researching and vetting new vendors to ensure high-quality partnerships.
• Manage event registration processes and oversee the integrity of lead lists.
• Handle data and analytics entry post-event to measure ROI and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within marketing and the organization.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a proven system for managing tasks and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both in professional emails and verbal briefings.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a major plus.
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment.
• A recent college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 1–2 years of professional office experience.
