Growth Media Manager (Mobile Games): Responsible for tactical planning and media activation for PlayStation's upcoming mobile titles, with an accent on developing and executing UA strategies throughout the mobile titles’ lifecycle. Focus on driving performance across various ad networks, optimizing campaigns based on ROAS targets, and managing measurement & attribution capabilities.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $8,954–$13,438 USD per month (equivalent to $55.96-$83.99 USD per hour)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with a mobile UA and marketing agency to manage campaign planning, execution, and optimizations for success.
  • Drive performance of all User Acquisition campaigns across SANs (Meta, Google, ASA), mobile video networks, and programmatic partners, optimizing for ROAS targets.
  • Lead agency and vendor management to enhance performance campaigns and optimize front-funnel creatives.
  • Setup and manage measurement and attribution capabilities (MMP/Appsflyer, Firebase, Meta), including calibrations and testing.
  • Build reporting and analysis with cross-functional analytics teams to inform media mix, geo, and budgeting strategies.
  • Partner with the Mobile Games Marketing team to create and scale mobile creative development and pipeline for various formats.
  • Own all operational workstreams for User Acquisition, including contracts, invoicing, spend management, and data reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media experience for mobile games, particularly in campaign management across key digital platforms (Google, Meta, ASA, programmatic, DSPs, mobile ad networks).
  • Experience building mobile User Acquisition plans and optimizing campaign executions.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and translate campaign results into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Naturally inquisitive and able to identify challenges and offer solutions.
