What you will do

• Manage and develop existing partners, identify high-growth potential partners, and support their development.
• Prospect for new business and establish relationships with promising partners.
• Conduct training and keep partners updated on Axis strategy, technology, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and marketing teams to drive business and manage leads.
• Travel throughout Greece, Cyprus, and North Macedonia to visit partners and represent Axis at trade shows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
• Experience in solution and value sales.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with a remote team.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Valid driving license required.
