What you will do

• Define and refine target ICPs and focus segments for AI solutions with the AI Competence Center.
• Validate ICP assumptions and shape outcome-oriented AI service offers.
• Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs.
• Test GTM hypotheses through outbound, social selling, and targeted content.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to translate learnings into recommendations.
• Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics, and create high-impact GTM assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting.
• Experience with market and buyer research, ICP definition, and deal analysis.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers.
• Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and operate with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, data, or complex engineering services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analysis.
• Background in mid-size or scaling organisations.
