What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO & GEO strategies, including prompt & keyword research and content strategy.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and track performance of keywords and overall organic traffic.
• Create structured and optimized content for hirify.global, including blogs, FAQs, articles, and schema.
• Build and maintain presence on authoritative sources like Wikidata and Reddit.
• Conduct outreach to obtain passive and paid brand mentions on relevant third-party sites.
• Provide technical SEO & GEO optimization knowledge to website development teams, covering indexing, crawl efficiency, and core web vitals.
• Share suggestions for UX enhancements based on SEO insights to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SEO & GEO, preferably with a SaaS-focused agency or company.
• Hands-on experience and a track record in creating relevant content for SEO & GEO.
• Experience in SEO & GEO authority building.
• Work format: Hybrid in Noida, India.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and managing a Reddit community.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, SEOMonitor.
• Knowledge of technical audit requirements for SEO & GEO.
