Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving the go-to-market strategy for hirify.global InstantPay and related stablecoin products with an accent on closing high-value deals and driving adoption by reducing settlement time and FX costs. Focus on selling to finance and operations teams, running pilots, and coordinating cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2–3 days/week).

What you will do

• Acquire new clients through outbound strategies and cross-selling, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle for hirify.global InstantPay and stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, demos, and implementation.
• Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers in assigned regions.
• Demonstrate FX economics and operational benefits to CFOs and Heads of Treasury.
• Manage and grow a pipeline, creating territory plans and accurate forecasts.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to evolve InstantPay features and integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, or cross-border payments products.
• Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models and compliance requirements for payments/treasury products.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience selling to senior finance leaders and managing complex procurement processes.
• Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment.
