What you will do

• Manage hirify.global VRM’s customer vendor assessment projects, including creation, launching, and follow-up.
• Launch vendor assessments from the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) platform and send templated follow-up emails to vendors.
• Convert PDFs, Word documents, and other formats into Excel-based structures for upload into the VRM tool.
• Create assessment templates by consuming information from Word, PDF, Excel, and other formats into a predefined Excel structure.
• Map questionnaires and convert answered questionnaires into an Excel format for upload into the VRM platform for client and professional services review.
• Format and re-format reports in Word for finalization before sending to clients for review.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of vendor assessments.
• Help build reports using various tools and provide reporting analysis as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with customer service, customer success, or inside sales, preferably for the financial industry or similar highly regulated industry.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent communicator in written and spoken English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically MS Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills with the ability to quickly understand questions and solve problems.
