What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for the Expense Audit product from initiation through completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and support US customers during overlapping business hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
