What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise-scale design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes for digital experiences.
• Design and iterate on digital experiences for personalization campaigns and AI-enabled experiences.
• Collaborate with technology, creative, and account teams across the US.
• Present design rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (agency experience a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, tokens, design systems).
• Experience with enterprise-level Figma designs and email design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and thinking.
• Excellent communication skills (visual and written).
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Emailify plugin or similar email design tools.
• Precision marketing or personalization experience.
• Exposure to design systems at scale.
• Background in data visualization or presenting research insights.
• Familiarity with usability testing or research methods.
