Focus on establishing a consistent design system, integrating teams across product areas, and ensuring cohesive execution across business units.

Location: Hybrid 2-3 times/week in Miami, USA

What you will do

• Define and centralize Brazil’s design strategy across business units.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system, aligning with product teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to align design initiatives with company objectives.
• Hire, manage, and mentor senior-level design leaders.
• Lead the unification of design processes across team structures and product lines.
• Combine strategic vision with hands-on creative direction.

Requirements

• Higher education in Design, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in design leadership within global technology or digital product organizations.
• Proven track record in building, restructuring, or optimizing design functions.
• Experience leading medium-to-large design teams with design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in global app environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
