Location: This is an onsite position based in Manchester, UK. Working hours are Mon-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM UK time, requiring flexibility.

What you will do

• Receive and resolve inbound customer help requests via phone, chat, and email.
• Own customer-reported issues and ensure problems are resolved, acting as a customer advocate.
• Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on hirify.global.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
• Influence product direction by providing feedback about customer challenges.
• Provide peer mentorship to team members and create knowledge base materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a public-facing service position requiring frequent customer engagement.
• Bilingual proficiency in Danish and English is required.
• Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system.
• Demonstrated curiosity and self-learning with a technology-centric background.
• Possess tenaciousness and perseverance in problem-solving.
