TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist I (Customer Support): Providing first-line technical assistance and troubleshooting for English and Italian-speaking customers of a wellness platform with an accent on issue resolution and customer education. Focus on navigating multiple support channels, documenting interactions, and resolving product issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Location: Must have Right to Work (RTW) in the UK; working hours are 9am – 5:30pm UK time.

What you will do

  • Deliver technical support to English and Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical product issues to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Educate customers on product features and services to maximize their value.
  • Document all customer interactions thoughtfully to maintain a seamless experience.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Work towards acquiring Level 1 Technical Support Certification.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Italian language proficiency (required).
  • Right to Work (RTW) in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills with empathy and confidence across phone and email.
  • Proficiency with internet browsers, email platforms, and multitasking across systems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear solutions for customers.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French or Spanish languages.
