What you will do
- Deliver technical support to English and Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical product issues to ensure a positive user experience.
- Educate customers on product features and services to maximize their value.
- Document all customer interactions thoughtfully to maintain a seamless experience.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Work towards acquiring Level 1 Technical Support Certification.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Italian language proficiency (required).
- Right to Work (RTW) in the UK.
- Strong communication skills with empathy and confidence across phone and email.
- Proficiency with internet browsers, email platforms, and multitasking across systems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear solutions for customers.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or Spanish languages.
