What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to plan annual security training and assessment programs.
• Develop and execute implementation and communication strategies for client programs.
• Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns, and status reports.
• Resolve low-level technical issues related to ZenGuide security software.
• Manage a portfolio of premium service accounts and maintain accurate status updates in the CRM.
• Provide detailed documentation for customer interactions and planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management capabilities.
• Excellent time management and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
