What you will do

• Oversee the implementation of operational risk policies, technology, tools, and governance processes.
• Assess risks and take proactive actions to address the root causes that lead to operational risk losses.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and testing of third-party risk management.
• Evaluate the operational risks associated with the launch of new products, features, and processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for board and management risk committees and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and team members to drive effective risk management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, internal control, control officer, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk management and third-party risk management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English is a must.
