What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives in Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America.
• Work directly with customers and prospects to understand business goals and design secure identity solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and evaluations, partnering with Sales Specialists.
• Support marketing efforts, contribute to technical content, and provide product feedback.
• Clearly explain technical capabilities, identify integration paths, and troubleshoot challenges.

Requirements

• Passion for customer interaction and problem-solving.
• Advanced knowledge (3-5 years) of Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, and/or Endpoint Security technologies (SAML, OAuth, MFA, SSO, IDP/Directory Services, Identity lifecycle management, Least Privilege principles).
• Knowledge of IAM/IGA vendors and products (e.g., hirify.global, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Bruno.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English are required.
• Ability to travel up to 30% is required.

Nice to have

• Scripting knowledge.
• Certifications such as CCSP, Okta Certified Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Portuguese language skills.
