Salary: $114,000–$240,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide overall project oversight over technical and architectural hirify.global MDM solution designs, including management of hirify.global deliverables.
• Support customers and partners in translating functional requirements into technical designs within hirify.global’s capabilities and best practices.
• Lead project teams through the process of decision-making and design considerations, proactively managing customer and partner expectations.
• Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers (onshore and offshore) through the successful design, configuration, and testing of hirify.global solutions.
• Support several engagements concurrently, including infrastructure and platform oversight, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Develop meaningful trusted relationships with customer and partner resources and create repeatable assets for the Professional Services practice.

Requirements

• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, and value creation.
• Deep technical knowledge of architectural designs, including integration approaches.
• At least 10 years of enterprise-level experience within a professional services organization, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions.
• Ownership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications (e.g., Informatica, SAP, Oracle).
• Technology experience or awareness in NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON, Web Services (XML, SOAP, REST), Cloud integration tools (SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Informatica), and Object-Oriented software design (Java).
• Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalent.

Nice to have

• hirify.global MDM knowledge or experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Veeva), ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems, or Financial Force PSA.
• Agile Scrum certification or Cloud certifications with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering).
