Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Responsible for closing high-value clients and scaling the Colombian market through prospecting, lead generation, and multi-channel outreach. Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week)

What you will do
- Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients and set up introductory meetings.
- Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry to tailor outreach strategies and provide relevant information to potential clients.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry.
- Fluent in English, hirify.global is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.
- Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
- Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
