What you will do
- Progress practice development, pipeline creation, co-selling revenue, and asset development with Partners.
- Execute, manage, and deliver against pipeline and bookings tied to joint Partner strategies.
- Maintain pipeline and dashboards for executive leadership communication.
- Conduct regular sales cadence with Partners and hirify.global stakeholders.
- Accelerate hirify.global platform capacity and capability within Partners and drive enablement.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication of Partner sales strategy and execution.
- Develop GTM plans, industry-specific practice development plans, and drive certification growth.
- Take partner sales plays and offerings to specific markets for local execution.
Requirements
- Strong track record of success selling to, through, and with regional partners and alliances.
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Software industry domain expertise (preferably SaaS), and ability to understand complex technology problems.
- Ability to think strategically and is also execution-oriented, with experience driving cross-functional programs.
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others, especially senior executives/partners.
- Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with the aptitude to build high-performing teams.
