What you will do
- Sell and renew company products and services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territories.
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify sales leads.
- Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining/growing an existing customer base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Support back-end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, and delivery follow-up.
- Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of general experience or 2 years of functional experience.
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies/procedures to complete tasks.
- Must have thorough technical knowledge of company products, systems, and services.
- Works under moderate supervision.
