What you will do

• Lead complex digital performance and CRM projects for a financial services account.
• Deliver innovative creative and strategic work for Barclays UK from conception to production.
• Work closely with data strategy, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver effective, end-to-end customer journeys.
• Collaborate with client partnership, PM, and wider multi-discipline teams.
• Partner with sister media agency OMD and inter-agency groups across social, PR, and ATL.

Requirements

• Currently in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role.
• Fantastic client relationship skills.
• Experience delivering interesting and effective campaigns.
• Digital experience is a must.
• Curious, collaborative, inquisitive, and takes ownership in problem-solving.
• Thrives when leading and coaching a team.
